• Visit santarosa.edu/apply
• Create a CCCApply account
• Complete and submit your application for the term you plan to attend.

Log In to Your
Bear Cub Hub 

• Receive student ID number via email after application submission
  • (can take 1-7 business days)
• Log in to your Bear Cub Hub using your ID number and your birthday.

Activate Your
Bear Cubs Email 

• Check your personal email to receive your new Bear Cubs Email address
• Log in to your Bear Cubs email through Gmail
• Your password is your SRJC ID number

Complete Your
Online Orientation 

• The online orientation is found in your Bear Cub Hub in the Counseling Card
• Click on Online Orientation
• Follow the steps to complete the Orientation

Review
Your Placement 

• Log in to Bear Cub Hub to review your Math and English placement. If prompted, complete the placement questionnaire.

Education Plan
Workshop (EPW) 

• Attend an Education Plan Workshop: Register at counseling.santarosa.edu.
• During this workshop, you will receive recommended courses for your first semester.

Apply for
Financial Aid

• FAFSA and CADAA open on October 1. Submit by March 2 for maximum financial aid eligibility.

Register For Classes

• High school seniors who complete these steps may register during the early registration period.

• Time ticket: You can view your registration date in the Bear Cub Hub
• Go to Student Dashboard
• Select “Student Profile”
• Click “Registration Notices”
